La Petite Maison homes are designed to appeal to your specific taste and to be complimentary of the main house and grounds. Designs range from cozy cottages to stately mini-homes. Hand-designed furniture and accessories can be included as well.

There are really no limitations. Any look or style can be created: from a fairy tale cottage to an exact miniature replica of your own home. Builder Alan Mowrer hand crafts each house and can include such details as hardwood floors bay windows and wooden shutters. These homes are meticulously designed works of art that enhance any home’s exterior. Good taste is evident in these miniature homes and basic principles of design are applied in a scaled-down version for their little occupants. Ceiling heights average eight feet so that adults can join their children in their little wonderland.

The homes can be built on site anywhere in the country and can be outfitted with basic amenities: water and indoor/outdoor lighting. For added safety a wireless communication system can be connected to the main house. Most importantlythese Petite Maison’s look and feel like real homes.
