In 2003 Louise and Daniel Schridde gave up successful photography careers to launch their own design company specializing in elegant and vintage picture frames. Combining traditional styles and contemporary manufacturing techniques the two are able to produce durable picture frames that feature a worn, weathered look for a natural vintage feel. The classic look picture frames come in a wide variety of colors including cream, sage, gray blue, black and taupe to match almost any existing nursery room theme. In addition to their vintage frames Obrien & Schridde also offer a new line of art board frames that are made from cardboard over half an inch thick. The edges of these frames have a beautiful antique gold leaf finish and the printed front includes a gold leaf pattern around the picture frame opening.
