Returns, Exchanges and Delivery

Customer satisfaction is our goal!

Items may be returned for a refund to the credit card with which the item was purchased, for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item. All returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items returned without the original packaging or in less than perfect condition may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or returned at the customers expense.   • All Sale items are final sale
  • Shipping expenses will not be refunded and if an item is returned that was shipped for free, you will receive a refund minus a shipping charge
  • Due to safety concerns we do not accept returns or exchanges on bedding.
  • Custom ordered items such as but not limited to bedding, moses baskekts, furniture, strollers, fabric yardage and artwork are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Certain items will be charged a 25% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.
  • Unauthorized returns will either be charged a 25% restocking fee, or refused and shipped back to you at your expense.

Policy for custom made items and furniture - Dada Baby Boutique can not accept returns or exchanges on orders that are custom made, altered, ordered or personalized.  If you place an order for a custom item you will have 2 days to cancel your order before the item goes into production.  After your item goes into production, the order can not be cancelled.

Instructions for reciept of your freight shipment

The majority of our furniture will be delivered by an independent frieght company.  When your order is in transit, you will be contacted to schedule the delivery.  Though the furniture manufacturers take every precaution possible to insure that your items arrive safely, occasionally pieces are damaged during the shipping process.  Please read through the following information to help protect your investment.

Please be aware that it is necessary for you to check each item for Visible and or Concealed Damage.  

When the driver arrives with the items, he should allow you to open & inspect each item for damage. If there is obvious damage to an item, refuse delivery of that specific item. If the driver does not want to wait for you to open & inspect the shipment, he is then obligated to allow you to sign the Delivery Receipt with an exception such as “Possible Concealed Damage.” If the driver does not want to wait, & will not allow you to state an exception on the Delivery Receipt, refuse the entire shipment, and contact Dada Baby. Dada Baby will then contact a manager with the freight company & make sure that you receive proper treatment. We will also direct the freight company to contact you and promptly reschedule the delivery.

Damaged or un-inspected items must be signed for as either Damaged or Possible Concealed Damage.

If the furniture, (freight) is damaged but is signed for as Clear, meaning without stating an exception like Possible Concealed Damage or Damaged, the receiving party (you), then assumes full responsibility for the damaged freight & may have no recourse, legal or financial, with the delivering freight company, delivery agent, or Dada Baby.

This would be a worst case scenario & is completely preventable. If you have questions about any of our freight rules, please contact us & we will be happy to fully inform you & instruct you with regard to the process of receiving our freight.  If you receive a damaged item & have properly signed for the item as damaged, we will either have the furniture repaired or replaced depending on the situation.
