Return Policy:

Customer satisfaction is our goal!

Items may be returned for a refund to the credit card with which the item was purchased, for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item. All returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items returned without the original packaging or in less than perfect condition may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or returned at the customers expense. • All Sale items are final sale
• Shipping expenses will not be refunded and if an item is returned that was shipped for free, you will receive a refund minus a shipping charge
• Due to safety concerns we do not accept returns or exchanges on bedding.
• Custom ordered items such as but not limited to bedding, moses baskets, strollers, furniture, fabric yardage and artwork are not returnable or exchangeable.
• Certain items will be charged a 25% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.
• Unauthorized returns will either be charged a 25% restocking fee, or refused and shipped back to you at your expense.
   

Policy for custom made items and furniture - Dada Baby Boutique can not accept returns or exchanges on orders that are custom made, altered, ordered or personalized.  If you place an order for a custom item you will have 2 days to cancel your order before the item goes into production.  After your item goes into production, the order can not be cancelled. 

Low Price Guarantee Information

If you find a lower published price on the internet within 30 day of our purchase, we will match the price or issue a refund.

In order for our price guarantee to apply, the following terms must be considered:

• Price guarantee considers the "total" price including all fees and/or discounts and may not be used with any other discounts.
• Guarantee only applies to online, authorized dealers and must be verifiable.  Online auction sites or retailers based outside of the continental US, discount sites such as Amazon Marketplace, ebay or outlets are not applicable.
• Items must be identical in every way.
• We are not able to price match items that are below the manufacturers minimum advertised price.
• This offer excludes items that are on clearance/closeout or are out of stock or are not priced correctly due to a typographical error.

Pricing Policy:

At Dada Baby we endeavor to pursue excellence in all that we do but occasionally mistakes and typographical errors occur.

If there has been a mistake in pricing or a typographical error in a listing, we reserve the right to cancel any order that was made with a pricing discrepancy.  If your credit card or Paypal account have been charged you will be refunded immediately for the amount you were charged if you decide to cancel the order.  We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Our pricing and policies are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping Policies:

Orders are primarily sent via USPS priority mail and shipped typically the same business day as the order is placed.

Shipping is usually 2-3 days but is not guaranteed.

Faster shipping options are available at an additional cost, please contact us for rates.

Orders shipped to the state of Georgia are subject to 8% state sales tax.

The last day for possible Chrstmas Delivery is 12/21/12 (orders must be in by 12pm EST

This estimate applies only to items that are in stock and ship directly from our warehouse via usps priority mail (this is our standard shipping method.

About custom items and items that ship directly from the manufacturer:

We do our best to provide accurate lead times for custom and special order items (including but not limited to bedding, diaper bags, artwork, furniture and strollers.)  Shipping time frames reflected in product descriptions are based on estimates from our suppliers. We will notifiy you as quickly as possible if there is a delay, however, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.  We are always available to speak with you if you have any questions.
